San Jose Spelling Bee Contender Makes it to Finals - SFist: San Francisco

San Jose eighth-grader Ramya Auroprem moved up to the finals of today after correctly spelling “purlieu,” “kichel,” and “senryu” (which, by the sound of them, we assume are three different types of curry.)
